I recently read the Monozukuri White Paper 2025, and it gave me some ideas to help our company grow. The report talks about problems like not enough workers, the need to protect the environment, and how important technology is for the future. I think we should start using new tools like Artificial Intelligence (AI) in our work. AI can make our jobs easier, help us do things faster, and reduce mistakes. If we use these smart tools now, we can keep up with other companies and prepare for the future.

Our company works with machines and automation, so AI can make a big difference for us too. We can save time, reduce waste, and make smarter choices by using data.
