長崎で働く中で、言葉の壁を感じることもありますが、それ以上に学びの機会が多くあります。亀山電機では、社内のコミュニケーションにおいても、皆が丁寧に対応してくれるので安心です。技術的な用語も少しずつ覚え、仕事を通じて自然に語彙が増えていきます。日本語が母語でない私にとっては、毎日が成長のチャンスです。言葉を通して文化の違いにも気づくようになり、視野が広がります。わからないことがあっても、周囲がサポートしてくれる環境があります。多様な言語や価値観があることは、職場の強みになると感じています。社内では、質問をしやすい雰囲気があるので、安心して学ぶことができます。長崎という地域の温かさもあり、生活も仕事も快適に過ごせています。言葉は単なるツールではなく、人と人をつなぐ大切な架け橋だと思います。

Working in Nagasaki, I sometimes face language challenges, but I also find many opportunities to learn. At Kameyama Electric, everyone communicates kindly and patiently, which makes me feel comfortable. I’ve gradually learned technical terms and expanded my vocabulary through work. As someone whose native language isn’t Japanese, every day is a chance for growth. Through language, I’ve become more aware of cultural differences and broadened my perspective. Even when I don’t understand something, I know I can rely on those around me for support. I believe that having diverse languages and values is a strength in the workplace. There’s an open atmosphere that makes it easy to ask questions and keep learning. Thanks to the warmth of the Nagasaki community, both my work and daily life are enjoyable. Language is not just a tool, it’s an important bridge that connects people.
