成長を続けましょう（Keep Growing)

こんにちは皆様。システム技術部第1課のD.Bです。

今年もはや1か月が経ちました。皆さんお元気でお過ごしのことと思います。

私は少しずつ任せてもらえる仕事も増えてきましたが、業務内容は膨大であり、インプット・アウトプットを繰り返しながら、忙しく仕事に打ち込んでおります。最近は「疑問を持つ」という行為が習慣となってきており、物事に対しての知識欲が以前よりも出てきたと思います。

今後も、疑問を持ち続けて答えをだしていくことで、自分の仕事の幅を広げていきたいと思います。

4月から新年度の第28期が始まり、会社はより成長していきます。そんな中、自分自身も一年の目標到達点を決めて、共に成長し続けられるように日々努力してまいります。

 

It’s already been a month this year. I hope everyone is well.

I have been asked to do more and more jobs little by little, but the scope of my work is enormous, and I am busily engaged in my work while repeating inputs and outputs. Recently, the act of “questioning” has become a habit, and I think there is a greater desire to know than before.

In the future, I will continue to expand the scope of my work by continuing to ask questions and provide answers.

April marks the start of the 28th fiscal year, and the company will continue to grow. Under these circumstances, I will set my own goals for the year and work hard every day to continue to grow together.
