各種スキルの向上 (Improve various skills)

こんにちは、システム技術部第3課のR.G.です。

弊社では新入社員が自分の部署の仕事や、社内で実現できるようなテーマについての研究を行い、知識を深めることの目的で毎年発表を行っています。

私は検索エンジン最適化 (SEO) マーケティングに関連するテーマを選びました。 1年前の私のSEOの知識がゼロであり、調査した結果検索エンジン最適化についての知識も深める事ができ、SEOはどのように機能してるかを知ることもできました。新しいことを学ぶのは常に良いことだと思います。興味があればどんなに忙しくても時間を作ることができます。

発表を実施する前にエルダーや上司とのコミュニケーションを取りながら改善できることについて説明をして頂きました。コミュニケーションを取り続ける事でスキルも上達出来たと思います。

先月、全社員の前で最終発表を行いました。今まで大人数の方の前で発表するのは緊張していましたが最終の発表は躊躇なく出来ました。制限時間内にはクリアできませんでしたが、貴重な体験でした。

Hello, I am RG from the System Engineering Department Section 3.

In our company, new employees are likely to make a presentation for the purpose of deepening their knowledge through research about the work of their department or another topic which should be easy to implement and beneficial for the organization.

I selected the topic related to search engine organization (SEO) marketing. Before One year I had zero knowledge of SEO. But through the research, I got to know how Search engine works and what are the different ways. In the span of 1 year, my knowledge of SEO got deepened through research. Learning new things is always good. I think it’s just a matter of interest. If you have an interest, you will make time no matter how busy you are.

For the presentation, I often had to communicate with the elder and superiors. They explained to me my mistakes and what can I improve. By communicating with them my communication skills were also improved.

Last month I gave a Final Presentation in front of all the employees. Till now I used to get nervous while giving presentations in front of many people. But last time I gave a presentation without any hesitation. Although I could not complete it within the time limit, it was a worthwhile experience.
