振り返ってみる

こんにちは、システム技術部第2課のN.Hです。

なかなか寒い日々が続いており、風邪をひかないように体調管理に気をつけていきたいです。
過去を振り返ってみると私が入社して、間もなく9カ月が経過しようとしております。一年目は一番プレッシャーを感じると言われていますが、亀山電機に入社してから、今までストレスを感じた経験はありません。

とはいえ、業務において分からないことがたくさんあり、悩んだりしたことがあります。しかし、優しい先輩方に助けていただいており、少しでも安心して仕事ができることに感謝しております。

社風に慣れ、気持ちが落ち着いているなか、これからはスキルを磨き、できる仕事の範囲を広げていきたいと思いました。

今年入社した皆さま、一緒に頑張りましょう。

 

Hello, this is N.H., Section 2 of the System Engineering Department.

The days were rather cold, and in retrospect, it’s been almost nine months since I joined the company. They say that the first year is when we have the most press, but since I joined Kameyama Electric, I have not felt stress.

However, there are many things I do not understand in my work, and I am worried. However, my elders are nice and helpful, and I am thankful that I can even feel a bit comfortable.

As I got used to the company culture and felt calmer, I thought it would be better to develop my skills and broaden the scope of my work.

Let’s do the best we can for everyone who joined this year.
